I don't need a state-of-the-art facility to provide you with high quality chiropractic care. One of my top priorities is to protect the well-being of my valued patients. I am confident that you will feel right at home in my office. . . literally! I welcome all patients as if you are family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact Dr. Laura Lassiter by phone, email or appointment request on this website. Dr. Lassiter facilitates all communications and emergency calls. Appointments are available during business hours, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
Wellness 4 Life Chiropractic, PC is a Fee-for-Service practice and is not contracted with insurance companies or Medicaid, and no insurance claims will be filed on your behalf. Forms of payment accepted are check, cash, or any major credit card. You may also use FSA and HSA accounts as payment, please let Dr. Laura Lassiter know if you need a receipt for reimbursent or proof of services.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, I ask that you kindly provide me with at least 24 hours notice. I ask for this advance notice so that I can offer openings for appointments to other patients. I understand that emergencies do come up an ask that you contact me ASAP prior to your appointment time. A travel fee of $25 may be charged if a patient is not home at the time of their appointment without sufficient notice. Dr. Lassiter also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to family emergencies and inclimate weather conditions. If you would be unable to travel due to weather conditons, then neither would she! She will give you proper notice as well.
